WHAT IS CHANA DAL aka SPLIT CHICKPEAS?
- Split Chickpeas are the product of the dark seed coat removed from a whole Chickpea. It is used to make delicious dal as well.
- Split Chickpeas are grounded up into chickpea flour, aka Besan. It is finer than white Chickpea Flour.
